For the Swiss luxury watchmaker, Winnerl, Nouvelle Noire was commissioned to design a new typeface based on company’s historical documents. The typeface adopts the neoclassical forms of numerals found in their archives. The task was to draw a typeface which clearly differs from existing typefaces of this genre. The typeface is used on the clock face as well as on their website and for the entire brand communication.
